Craving for crispy pork belly? Here’s an easy way to do it.

According to some studies, people crave for more fat and richer foods in the winter months. If what comes to mind are slabs of crispy pork belly cut into cubes, we’ll teach you a super easy way how to do it using an air fryer.

It is made by cutting thick strips of pork belly and then deep-frying them to crispy perfection.

What gives it the best flavor and texture is cooking the meat in a pot pressure cooker and leaving it overnight in the fridge.

Rub skin with rock salt 1hr before cooking. Then rub with olive oil and air fry on 200 c for 30minutes.

These delicious bites are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and make for a great family dinner. Try it!
