Michelin-starred Sushi train restaurant opens in Omotesando

Ginza Onodera, a Michelin-starred restaurant known for sushi and tempura will introduce a new sushi train brand, called Tachiku Sushi Ginza Onodera  on October 8, 2021 located in Omotesando. 

The reasonably priced menu presented in “kaiten sushi” (conveyor belt) fashion starts at 300 yen a plate (of edomae sushi). The term “edomae” simply refers to handshaped vinegared rice topped with fresh raw fish and shellfish, etc. carefully selected and sourced from Hokkaido.

In addition to counter seating, there are also table seats for 4 people and private rooms for 6 people.

The place opens at 11:00 am onto 10 pm.
