The Keisei Electric Railway that operates the Keisei Limited Express Skyliner has started assigning “car no. 8”  to overseas travelers from December 28.  The car will be thoroughly disinfected as a safety measure.

Only passengers who have tested negative at the airport are eligible to take the special train.

The Keisei Skyliner will have 15 daily trips from Narita airport to Ueno station.  Returning residents will still be asked to book their own transportation from Ueno station and will be required to refrain from using public transportation for the duration of the 14-day self-quarantine.
