Garlicky, Creamy Shrimp Kids Will Love

This simple yet easy-to- cook meal makes for an appetizing family dinner and a great companion to a French baguette.

In order to enjoy this recipe better, buy shrimps fresh as they have a slightly sweet flavour than frozen ones.

 

Steps 1-11

  1. Devein your shrimps and clean it. Drain and set aside.
  2. Add cooking oil on a sauce pan.
  3. Fry the shrimps on high until the flesh is cooked. Flip to cook the other side.

4. Melt butter in a saucepan.

5. Saute minced garlic on low heat until slightly brown.

6. Add 2 tablespoons of dry white wine and 200 ml heavy cream.

7. Add about 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese and mix with a whisker.

8. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

9. Season with salt to taste and add chopped fresh parsley.

10. Toss in the fried shrimps and mix well until the shrimps are well coated.

11.  Pair with any crusty bread or French baguette and presto!
