Quick family meals: Fusilli pasta with mushrooms

When you need to get dinner on the table fast, this speedy, delicious fusilli meal won’t disappoint – whether you have young and old children.

You need:

250g Fusilli pasta, 200g dried mushrooms,  1 tbsp fresh butter,  1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper

Cooking steps:

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling salted water according to package instruction.
  2. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms according to package instructions.
  3. Heat the butter and oil in a sauté pan, add the mushrooms and sauté often, for 6 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Transfer to a pasta bowl. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese and serve hot.
