It’s a bag that won’t carry anything.

The talk has begun about a quirky bag that breaks all unconventional rules of fashion and style.

Off-White’s new Meteor Shower Jitney 2.8 bag is the latest Spring/Summer fashion trend to come with two mysterious holes that anything you try to put in it, will fall.

This was exactly the idea according to American designer Virgil Abloh, who founded Off-White,  an Italian luxury fashion label.

Last year when it was introduced at the fashion runway, models strutted the stuff with their wrist going through the holes making it look more of an accessory than an actual functional bag. It also comes with a detachable strap so you can use it as a shoulder accessory.

 

The leather bag was already available at most Off-White stores outside Japan straight off the runway. In Japan, the Meteor bag hits stores March 19.  Despite being an impractical accessory, its price tag of 158,000 yen threatens to make a real hole…right in your pocket!
