These weatherproof boots for women have arrived

The latest eyecatching pair of snow boots to hit Tokyo stores this month is astronaut-inspired – hence, the brand  “Moon Boot”.

Moon Boot is an Italian footwear brand launched just about the same year as Apollo 11’s hitch-free landing on the moon in 1969.  A number of young fashionistas and celebrities have been seen wearing them such as Hailey Bieber, Billie Eilish and Anitta.

Retro futurist by design, its signature trademark is the multiple lacing that wraps around the entire boot shaft and the shape of the sole.
