Crocs releases a pair of Classic Cowboy Boots in “Croctober.”

Crocs, one of the most divisive shoe brands, has announced the release of its limited edition Classic Cowboy Boots on October 23, 2023.
In the 18 years since the chunky plastic boat shoes debuted in Japan, people have become divided into two camps: Those who think they look dreadful and those who swear by the brand’s look and feel.
Whichever camp you belong to, there is always someone walking the streets of Tokyo in a pair of mega clogs. According to Crocs, the cowboy boots have been a “genuine fan-fueled movement trending across social media,” and the project has been realized to make fans’ dreams come true.
The limited edition cowboy boots are in a croc skin texture inspired by Duke, the brand’s crocodile mascot. A shiny metallic spur is fitted on the back, and there are ventilation holes just like the classic clogs featured across the uppers, allowing for custom Jibbitz charm attachments.
