The Power Salad
This power-packed salad is a complete meal by itself.  It contains  essential vitamins like protein and omega-3 fatty acids that is good for detox.  If you go for a nutritious salad and do not want to add extra kilos,  this low-fat meal is for you.

Ingredients
1 medium-sized boiled potato sliced thinly
100 grams lettuce
1 tsp capers
3 slices fresh salad tomato
1/4 cup canned garbanzos or chick peas
4 or 5 pcs black pitted olives
100 grams broccoli
1 hard-boiled egg thinly sliced
1/2 can tuna flakes
chopped parsley to garnish

Dressing
Sea salt / Pepper
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
Mix all ingredients and stir until sea salt is dissolved.

Preparation
1.  Slice hard-boiled egg and all vegetables as in the picture. Wash and put in a strainer.  Set aside.
2.  Put garbanzos and capers in a strainer to remove water.
3.  Arrange vegetables, eggs, garbanzos and tuna on a salad
plate.   Pour dressing over the plate and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
