Musical “Billy Elliott – Little Dancer” returns

“Billy Elliott – Little Dancer” first performed in 2017 at Akasaka ACT Theater and Umeda Arts Theater Main Hall, returns to Japan stage this year.

The Tokyo performance starts July 27 through to August 1, 2024 at the Tokyo Tatemono Brilla Hall (Toshima City Performing Arts Theater). It moves to Osaka in autumn from November 9 until 24, 2024 at the Sky Theater MBS.

Adapted from Stephen Daldry’s movie “Little Dancer”, “Billy Elliott – Little Dancer” was set in the 1980s at a coal mining town in the north of England. The story centers on a young boy obsessed in becoming a ballet dancer which was at the time reserved for girls.
