Sanrio-themed buffet special at Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji

From cutesy dolls and toys to clothing and theme park, Hello Kitty, Sanrio’s female bobtail cat without a mouth, is arguably the most popular cartoon character in Japan. Media franchise now ranges from books and music to novelty items and most recently, food!

In January 2024, Keio Plaza hotel Hachioji’s Restaurant Le Clair will showcase some of the most tantalizing Sanrio-themed desserts with adorable Hello Kitty and twin stars Kiki and Lala decor.

If you’re looking to celebrate the holidays with something fun for the little members of the family,  then these cartoon-inspired desserts will definitely put a smile on their faces.
