Nestlé starts providing Japan high schools exploratory learning materials for free

Global food and beverage manufacturer Nestle Japan Co., Ltd. will be providing exploratory learning materials in line with “Nestle Sustainability Program” starting May 23.

Intended for junior high and high school students nationwide, these online materials will be made available to all educational institutions for free.

As part of Nestle’s goal to create a sustainable society, Nestle Japan has been working to promote exploratory learning at classrooms.

The teaching materials aimed at inspiring a new generation to think about relevant social issues, include worksheets, video teaching materials, and study guide for collaborative learning.

The inquiry-based learning topics are often selected based on their relevance to a particular school and interests of its students. Popular themes and topics include occupations and careers, international exchange, and environmental issues.
