Conrad Tokyo’s Afternoon Delights

Every hotel in town beckons Afternoon Tea lovers to an assortment of scrumptious treats every season. With all the other hotels competing for attention, much of the appeal of Afternoon tea specials can be attributed not only to the element of sophisticated dining but for a unique celebration of fruits, or events.

This year is no different. Conrad Tokyo’s Halloween themed delights will be offered from September 1st until October 31st at the Twenty Eight bar and lounge on the 28th floor.

The stars of the show will be the fruits with a dark side to it –  Pomegranates and Figs.  The event aptly named Forbidden Halloween Afternoon Tea actually came from Pomegranates’ image as a forbidden fruit because Christians believed they were grown in the Garden of Eden but some think it to be the real forbidden fruit and not the apple or fig.
