Aquaventure opens in Shimizu Park

By on July 12, 2022

What better way to take your kids’ attention away from internet and video games than letting them play and enjoy the time indulging in water activities surrounded by nature?

If you are looking for a perfect daytrip but are avoiding expensive theme parks, look no further than the newly opened Aquaventure, a park right inside the Shimizu public park in Chiba.

At Aquaventure, you get a comprehensive range of amusement options from the JabuJabu pond, a water fountain, slides, a maze zone and swimming pools. Even babies in swim diapers can join the fun. Both parents and children are allowed to use the waterslide together.

For elementary school-aged children with so much pent-up energy to use, its athletic facilities won’t disappoint. In rope play, children can learn to focus and use a greater degree of self-control while climbing, even if it means just going back and forth.

The place has a pony ranch, animals to pet such as goats, rabbits, and guinea pigs.

The park has barbecue and camping areas, including an indoor flower park and a small fishing pond.
