Eric Rose, a new coffee house brand, named after Starbucks’ founding member, will open on Saturday, December 12, 2020 in Tokyo’s chic Omotesando neighborhood.

The star of the show will be no less than the house’s gourmet Hand drip coffee (450 yen + tax) with the interior more urban chic than plain casual. The menu list is a line up of foods Eric as a surfer experienced and liked when he traveled the world.

“I want to open a restaurant that offers dishes that I met on my trip and felt really delicious,” says the young entrepreneur.

Apart from high quality coffee, it will be offering an eat-in, take-out style gourmet meals for breakfast, sandwiches and pancakes.

Here are some of the menu you can expect when you visit.
