Doraemon has a new film.

Who doesn’t know Doraemon, the wildly popular 22nd century robot cat with magical powers?  He lives with a boy named Nobita as his official guardian.

They have a new movie set for release on March 5, 2021, Doraemon the Movie: Nobita’s Little Star Wars 2021, a Japanese science fiction animated film and a remake of the 1985  Doraemon: Nobita’s Little Star Wars.

The story goes like this –

Nobita stumbled into a small rocket from which a small-sized humanoid alien named ‘Papi’  popped out of the blue. The alien says he comes from planet Pirika to seek escape from an evil PCIA army.

At first, Doraemon and his friends were confused by the miniscule size of Papi. Using a “Small Light” gadget however, they were able to shrink in size in order to play together.

As friendship bonds were formed, a whale-shaped battleship tracks  Papi down on Earth and tries to attack them. Papi feeling sorry for putting everyone else in trouble, blames himself.  He rolls up his sleeves and tried to fight back. Worried about what might happen to Papi and his planet, Doraemon and friends travel to Pirika to back him up.
