Krispy Kreme releases Minion-themed donuts

Believe it or not, the pandemic has given rise to habitual snacking in Japan.

Almost everyday, snack brands release new offerings one after the other and Krispy Kreme is no different.

Starting March 1 onto mid May, Bob and his bear will be available at Krispy Kreme nationwide, the first time for the American donut chain to collaborate with Minion.

Bob, the more popular minion in Japan together with Tim, the teddy bear he adores, will be the face of the seasonal donut offering (378 yen tax included) / (eat-in 385 yen tax included.

The Banana Milk Bob is stuffed with banana cream coated with pudding-flavored chocolate.

The Caramel Chocolate Tim donut has a glazed caramel coating with bits of chocolate, coffee, milk, and strawberry flavors.

The frozen Banana Milk Minion drink with whipped cream and chocolate topping will also be released at the same time.
