Lego bricks storage for preschoolers available at Ikea from February 2021

Toddlers find great joy in playing with Lego pieces and building whatever they can think of. Parents love that Lego toys support the development of their toddlers.
The problem is those small Lego bricks scattered across the floor presents both a mess and a hazard. Yet having to clear the floor can crush your child’s playful spirit which most parents don’t want to do.

But fret not – IKEA has come up with a solution. Partnering with the LEGO Group, Ikea has launched “Bygglek”,  a new toy storage bin collection that has a LEGO building plate on the lid and an opening to look inside the box that not only display kids’ finished works but also uncompleted ones. The Bygglek collection will be sold at Ikea stores nationwide starting February 2021.

The storage bins in white have a clean minimalist design that offers a contrast to Lego’s multicolored bricks. They come in 4 sizes to so you can match it to the amount of play area you have at home. The protrusions on the surface of the lid allow your child to display his finished or unfinished works. In addition to storage boxes, the collection includes a set of 200 pcs of Lego blocks, mini figures and gears to complete the play experience.
