Projection mapping show at the Moomin Valley Park promises to cheer you up

Starting at the end of the month, it’ll be winter wonderland at the Moomin-themed park!

The Moomin Valley Park will be decked out in lights and projection-mapped images that’ll get everyone in an early holiday mood.

Empowered by Color Dot Ink, this year’s 10-minute “Moomin Valley Winter” show combines artsy lights with mind-blowing sound and projection mapping to give visitors a fantastic immersive experience.

Moomin is a character in a book created by Finnish illustrator Tove Jansson, originally published in Finland. The very first theme park outside of Finland opened in March 2019, the Moomin Valley Park is located 40 kilometers northwest of Tokyo in Saitama Prefecture. The nearest stations to the park are Hanno (Seibu Ikebukuro line) and Higashi-Hanno stations (by JR Hachiko line).
