Move over, ice cream. The non-dairy, cold dessert from Hawaii is here.

From its humble beginnings as a food truck in Hawaii offering non-dairy soft serve cold dessert, BANAN now has stores in Kahala, the University of Hawaii and Waikiki.  On August 17, Maison Port, the first Japan shop to offer Banan desserts opens on the first floor of Sogo Department store in Yokohama.

Aptly named after ‘banane‘ the French word for banana (without the “e” at the end), Banan is essentially a cold banana-based fruit dessert served in cups or fruits  without cream and sugar. 

Based on a sustainable “Farm To table” concept, Banan aims to offer Tokyoites delicious healthy options through power fruits at affordable price.
