Apron the Diner

By on March 19, 2018

Just a 3-min walk from Kanda station (JR east exit) on the first floor of APA Hotel opened APRON The Diner restaurant. APRON adds a new dimension to nostalgic dishes like Cobb Salad, Napolitana spaghetti and the Chicago-born deep-dish pizza that looks more like a pie to the uninitiated. Priced ¥1,400 an order, its size is generous to feed a couple.  Its homemade meat sauce with porcini, potatoes, cream and multiple layers of Italian cheese make it what can best be described as one of the best in town. Children will love it.

The Apron’s version of Chicago style deep-dish pizza ¥1,400

Mexican nachos with tender beef strips ¥1,240

Creamy Cheese topping on Indian curry rice ¥
