Siroca releases a new Microwave oven with a good defrosting control.

By on November 8, 2021

If you have tried to thaw frozen meat straight from the freezer using a microwave oven, chances are parts of the meat came out half cooked and other parts  stayed raw because of uneven heating. Why does it matter?

Setting aside partially cooked food for later cooking while you chop your onions, garlic and etc. means any bacteria present may have not been destroyed and reached the temperatures for it to grow and multiply. In a survey by Japan’s Ministry of Health, commercially available minced beef was found to contain as much as 61.2% E coli and 1.5% salmonella.

Siroca’s new microwave oven model SX-18 D132 equipped with ‘Gentle Defrosting’ function (pending patent approval), finely controls the heating output. With the gentle defrost function, thawing frozen food and meat including fish for sashimi stay even and well controlled.

The 900W high-power inverter and humidity sensor heats food and lunch boxes with a single touch without having to set a timer.

The internal dirt-resistant coating also allows for no-fuss cleaning. Buttons include 11 types of auto function with pre-set temperatures. This new oven holds up to 18L food with range outputs of 900W, 600W, 500W, 200W, and 100W.
