Apples galore at ‘Candy Apple’ cafe’s new Harajuku store

Do you know that Aomori apples of Japan are the best?  Perfection-obsessed growers in the region produce the fruit with everything you want from an apple – naturally sweet, juicy, crispy and bigger than those you see at supermarkets.

So this is why Candy Apple, is opening a second cafe in Harajuku on March 6, 2020 (Fri).

Aptly named Candy Apple, the cafe sells nothing but candies made from fresh Aomori apples shipped to the store directly every day. The Italy-trained chef uses a special technique that makes the thin candy coating melt instantly the minute it touches your mouth.
