Has coronavirus affected your income and cash flow?

Fret not, Japan’s telecommunication companies NTT Docomo, NTT East, NTT West, NTT Group of Companies, Softbank and KDDI have your back.  These companies have agreed to extend help as a courtesy to their customers whose income was affected by the coronavirus.

All you have to do is give your service provider a call and tell them that you are requesting extension of payment due date. Do not forget to mention that the coronavirus has affected your cash flow. Bills with payments due by end of February can be extended up to the end of May, 2020.

KDDI (AU) bills with due date after February 25 can be extended till the end of May 2020.
