Cherry Blossom Lunch Buffet at the Hotel Intercontinental Tokyo Bay

Hotel Intercontinental Tokyo Bay celebrates the season of Japan’s pink petals with a special “Ohanami Bento” offering.  

The special lunch meal includes an appetizer with colorful vegetable puree, fresh salad, quiche and pasta with spring vegetables prepared right before your eyes. 

You can see the Chef at work whip up artisanal dishes which includes spicy cheese duck galbi and roasted beef on bamboo shoots, grilled ribs, steaks and chicken galantines with foie gras, standard roast beef, sushi, and tempura.

All 50 different menus offered during the hanami season are prepared with focus on health,  aesthetics and freshness.
