The new ‘Daigomi Burgers’ hopes to satisfy your cheese cravings.

Anyone who loves a good serving of cheese in their burgers will easily be hooked on “Daigomi” burger.

Daigomi which opens a store in Yokohama on March 15, 2019,  is a home-grown Japanese burger restaurant that promises to tease your palates by adding gourmet cheese to the mix.

The choices.   1) Daigomi Cheese Burger made from 100% beef patties and;  2) Roast Beef Cheeseburger served with homemade roast beef. Both burgers come with a special blend of cheese made by cheese professionals.

Topping options.  More cheese topping is available for an additional fee. You have a choice between Raclette Cheese and Scorched cheese chips, baked in the oven.

Buns are made from Koshihikari brown rice flour using natural spring waters of Aso mountain in Kumamoto, Hokkaido butter,  and Okinawa’s fresh seawater. Daigomi aims to please. Its buns are free of additives and emulsifiers so that can be a good thing for health buffs.

Sauce. Homemade BBQ sauce and tartar sauce bring out the “umami” taste in cheese.

Side Dish:  A set menu comes with the classic French fries and American standard size soft drinks. Coffee and craft beer also available.
