Fatburger offers custom burgers at its newly opened store

A new American hamburger joint from Los Angeles founded by a woman entrepreneur, Lovie Yancey, sets up its first Japan store in Shibuya on April 28.
Starting as a 3-stool sandwich stand in L.A.’s Western Avenue, Fatburger went on to become the favorite hangout of celebrities Redd Foxx and Ray Charles who liked the idea that they can order burgers tailored to their appetite for meat.
Compared to other hamburger stores in the city, Fatburger’s meat patties made from Australian beef are double the size of a regular burger so a single order can be a meal in itself. See menu here.
