Based on the 100 year old recipe of his grandfather, the Doughnut Plant’s founder, Mark Israel, opened his first Doughnut Plant in New York in 1994. Doughnut Plant’s fans now include Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse, and hundreds of New Yorkers.
