The Children’s Nature Park (Asahi ku) and Yokohama Municipal Nogeyama Zoo (Nishi-ku)

The Children’s Nature Park (Asahi Ku) and Yokohama Municipal Nogeyama Zoo (Nishi Ku) is a great weekend family escape.
The petting zoo offers a place where children can interact with a breed of small animals such as marmoth, guinea pigs and fantail. Whether for picnic or barbecue with friends and family, this is the place to go. The park zones include:
Pond, Middle Pond, Sakurayama, Plum Grove, Barbecue square, Habitat of firefly, Picnic zone, Lawn, Freedome Square, Donut Square, Makigahara Kids Zoo, Youth outdoor activity center, Baseball field, Grassland square, Tanka school, shops, and parking
Park Hours 9 am - 4:30 pm
Petting Zoo Hours 10 am - 3:50 (11:50 am - 1 pm breaktime)
Zoo hours 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Parking fees 2 hours 300 yen ( 50 yen per 20 min extension)
