Skateboard/Biking Park in Tokyo for older Kids

Restrictive rules at most narrow parks in Tokyo don’t allow many chances for children to hone their skate (or bicycling) skills. But with the sport becoming increasingly popular among older children, a number of skateboard-friendly parks have emerged in the city.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced skate dude, the ‘street sports arena’ at the Musashino Sports Park in Kichijoji would be the best place to practice. Just make sure you go in the morning when there is less foot traffic. Only children under 15 can use the facility.

weekends and public holidays 10 am - 8 pm
Saturdays are reserved for middle schoolers
